My Mentor and Coach

 
 My father and I wrote this book together.  For 95 years his life was one of overcoming many walls and challenges.  His-Story not only represents Longevity but also his ability to maintain a healthy Mind, Body and Spirit. Key to his success:  Practicing the Psychology of Adjustments.
He has always been my most important source for Wisdom.  Growing up in the Jim Crow south of New Orleans his mother instilled in him compassion for other races, hard work and integrity.  His story is like no other. He transitioned from this earth realm in December 2019 but he will always be with me in spirit.   His E-Book contains some amazing pictures of his earth journey.
